Pros
The owners are very friendly, approachable and down to earth, they invest huge amounts into the company to create a professional and welcoming environment. The benefits packages are fair and the salary although a little on the low side, but considering the area is enough. They invest much of their money into the community and everywhere you go, people say great things about the company.
Cons
The company is family owned and lacks a hierarchy system, so associates can't reach higher levels in most positions, although you can move within the company to other positions and negotiate salary increases.
