Business Outlook
Pros
Mike and Steve (owners) provide strong business leadership while caring deeply about each employee. They know all 400 employees by their first name. The mid-level management has this same strong work ethic and personal compassion.
Cons
As a smaller company, you won't have the large corporate structure backing you. They certainly give employees all the necessary support, but it's not the same as a big name like Intel or GE.
