      Good stable company. Friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for advancement. The higher ups all went to high school together. They have a tendency to under pay and not give decent raises if you have been there for a long time.

      Upward mobility is good but it is a family owned business and so there is a ceiling.
