Pros

All 4 co-founders are very understanding and willing to compromise and collaborate on many issues. They created a supportive and positive environment and genuinely care about their employees well-being and future. Working for such knowledgable and passionate people has been a great experience! You can tell they love what they are doing and it creates a great working environment.

Cons

A con is that the job itself is physical, so by the end of the day you get tired.

Pros

Good benefits Clinical staff does care about the neurodiversity affirming model and the kids/familys

Cons

Leadership rapidly changes direction every few months and is strictly focused on growth and not quality of centers. 3/4 cofounders from clinical side mysteriously left company at beginning of the year leaving only business minded execs in charge.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We appreciate your recognition of our benefits, our clinical teams, and our commitment to a neurodiversity‑affirming model—our clinicians and the families we serve are at the heart of our mission. We also acknowledge your concerns regarding leadership alignment and the balance between growth and quality. As an organization in an active growth phase, periods of change can feel disruptive, and we understand how shifts in leadership or strategic direction may be experienced by team members. Our intent has never been growth at the expense of quality; rather, we are continuously working to ensure that expansion is supported by strong operational standards, clinical excellence, and sustainable support for our teams and existing centers. Feedback like yours is important and helps inform our ongoing efforts to strengthen consistency, clarity, and communication as we evolve. We remain committed to investing in our people, maintaining high-quality care across all centers, and learning from experiences shared by current and former employees. We appreciate your contributions during your time with us and wish you continued success in your career. The ANNA Team
