Pros

Great Benefits, good pay, great direct manager. Good and friendly co-workers.

Cons

High turnover. Company loves getting rid of essential personnel and keeping the people who don't do much. Some departments have no idea what they are doing and it's not uncommon to be included in an e-mail chain while searching for the correct party. No growth opportunities because the company is understaffed. Sales doesn't care about making new sales. Never earned the company profit goal bonus. No training. Does not notify technical support teams of product launches and does not provide training on products.

Fairly steady jobs despite the salary.

Cons

Management is failing to observe not only their product market, but also internal issues. A large quantity of employees are rounding retirement age with barely any new employees being brought on. Salary budget is painfully low so don’t expect anything but the minimum.
