the individual contributors were great! there was an air of teamwork and a get it done attitude.
Cons
I think the biggest thing missing was a culture and set of values. Without a strong culture to bring people together and keep focus the result becomes lack of focus with a just get by kind of attitude. The leadership was not so great in the end. There were too many chiefs and not enough workers. a loss of forward vision in where the market was going became evident. the US contingent of he company is a shell of its former self. The management team in place did not value the employees.
