Cons

To get started allied hires for DES offices and Felix T. And David Deem are the main managers for this position, I recommend avoiding them at all costs. Getting hired on I explained that I have children and they gave me an upfront lie that they are flexible for emergencies. I have to take one of my children to a specialist and it is an important matter that needs to get taken care of right away to which these two deny maybe being able to take the appointment day off even though I gave them an entire weeks notice. Now they are demanding I show them my child’s appointment information or they will fire me for not coming the day of. This is not the first time I’ve needed a day for one of my children and felt like I have to fight tooth and nail for even half a day. They have lost many employees in just the last week and frankly I believe it’s because of them, how they are and how they talk down to and treat their employees.
