Would NOT recommend - HRIS Analyst Allina Health Employee Review

Lack of workplace flexibility; lack of work/life balance; employees are not encouraged to be innovative or speak up; toxic work environment (surrounded by negativity and complaints about those we were supposed to be helping and management); lack of structure and feedback; no structured training plan, disorganized (management hired me without knowing what I'd be working on); working environment needs work, many rows of cubicles with factory-like florescent lights and cement pillars.
