Co-workers can be nice depending on where you work. They do have medical benefits and a 401k
Cons
Horrible at raises. They typically give 2.5 percent raises annually which won't cover the standard of living. It is actually impossible to get an annual raise of 4 percent. They may or may NOT let you have time off to further your education.
