Pros
Great marketing, branding, and PR departments; they do a great job hiding how the company is rotting from the top down. Good health benefits.
Cons
Everything besides the pros above. I've worked at this company for more than ten years in various departments. It has gone from a wonderful place to work to a place in which literally everyone who has the skills to find employment elsewhere has done or is doing so. That means that the people left at Allina are so useless than no other company would hire them. The place is rife with gossip, favoritism, drama, stress, anger, and disillusionment. Horrible compensation. No work-life balance.
