Unprofessional management, constantly interested in gossip and drama amongst employees. This leads to very bitter relationships amongst team-mates. Instead the management and managers should focus on results and better products(software) Way too many wasteful meetings. I've worked at many places and this one was definitely the most time wasted in useless meetings.
