Pros
Salaries generally appear to be in line with industry standard. Coworkers generally and genuinely care about what they do for a living and care about their clients.
Cons
There is a subculture of working until you drop. 10 hour days are the starting point. Nights and weekends are almost mandatory in order to keep up with the workload. Some managers aggressively pursue their own agendas, which are clearly in conflict with Corporate agenda, as defined by the current CEO who asked for a kinder, gentler approach to working together. Employees are leaving certain regions - either voluntarily or not - via transfer and resignation. HR is oblivious or, worse, complicit with this approach. I have never worked for a company with an HR department who was less 'present.'
