Pros
Allstate is an average company to work for. They only reason I have stayed as long as I have is I do like the people I work with.
Cons
Equipment fails a lot. I had to have my PC replaced 5 times in a year. Two many managers. Afraid to give you authority to pay a claim. They use a dispatch app for appointments. It never gives you enough time for multiple buildings for a claim. Makes you late for most appointments.
