good work environment, lots of help, management is effective and there is a wide variety of possible job roles within the company. the work life and benefits are excellent
Cons
HR is heavily involved to the point that it becomes invasive, pay isnt anything to shout about and the opportunities to progress with certificates and other skills does really exist
