      100% work from home Excellent culture and co-workers Loyalty to employees Base + bonus Many schedule options (I work M-Th and have F, S, S off)

      Cons

      have to punch a clock trade off for working at home and base + bonus with unlimited leads is that it doesn't pay as well as an agency position

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
