Pros
The only pro is the people I met. I gained some basic experience which got me nowhere fast.
Cons
I was told I couldn't receive an excellent review since I was new to the coverage line, even though I had never made a mistake there. I was a resource to the department within a year, but was told I was just average. They converted adjusters with 4 year degrees into nothing more than customer service reps. Your time on the phone was monitored closely and you were "gigged" if you didn't achieve minor goals but were accomplishing the most important goals of getting the job done professionally and limiting claim payments
