Pros
Great and supportive team members.
Cons
1. Incompetent management 2. Lack of inclusion culture and engagement 3. Below average salary and benefits compared to other smaller companies in the same industry 4. Management doesn’t care about talent retention - promises and lack of actions 5. Management doesn’t build connections with their subordinates. 6. Siloed structure which is so out-dated and creates lots of bottle neck 7. Resources are stretched among various work and projects which is very insufficient and introduces a great amount of waste. 8. The culture is more about subordinates getting their presence visible to move up. Lots of self-promotion at this company, rather than hiring the right people for the need. Without the right expertise, the company set themselves for failures. 9. Upper management is blinded and communicates as such the company is moving forward to the future while in fact, the transformation journey of over 5 years still hasn’t gotten them to anywhere good. 10. Long-tenure management who doesn’t want to change and only work the way they want to. Suggestions and ideas from team members are ignored or refused by conservative reasons and old-fashioned way of thinking. 11. Micro-management and layers of waste from management such as from Delivery Lead, Program Management, Portfolio Management and so on.
