      Position allows tremendous freedom to execute on business plan according to my schedule Product mix covers most bases A focused business plan can be executed well

      Cons

      Company is still trying to figure out its mission Risk management is important, but not to the point where we make it so difficult for customers to buy things that they leave. Suitability and compliance should be a partner, not an obstacle.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
