A Very Unpleasant Work Environment - Financial Analyst Allstate Employee Review

This was absolutely the worst work environment I could ever have imagined. There were no real opportunities for growth and performance reviews and feedback were not objective. Managers lacks integrity and professionalism. Training is virtually nonexistent. Input from management is demoralizing, as opposed to constructive. Mentoring is only available for a select few. The job is misrepresented as a "financial analyst" role. "Financial systems analyst" may be a more appropriate title. The focus of the department is on data mining, as opposed to analysis and interpretation.
