      Pros

      Good coworkers. Awesome benefits. Very work life oriented. Great job for people with familes / kids. Independent work environment. Run your own files. Great to not have a manager constantly breathing down your back. Plenty of sick/vacation time.

      Cons

      Dead end job if looking for advancement opportunities. Work within cublcle. Up to 2% annual raise depending on performance. Starting entry level claims is 33K annual. Will take forever to make decent salary at that rate.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
