      Flexible schedule, access to senior management, free to express opinions.

      Cons

      Lack of recent real world business experience from management; no new ideas on operating your business comes from management; you get more info regarding operating your business thru your own research. Management does not know how to motivate and inspire sales staff other than by fear of termination.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
