      Decent compensation for a limited portfolio to offer Flexibility in time off Freedom of expression in presentations A system that when working, is wonderful

      Cons

      No employee type benefits like medical at this level - none - nada! Very few agents willing to refer the proper way, leading to cold-calling Everything 1099, so expenses besides office expenses; i.e. license registration, laptop, CE

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
