      Great people and always willing to help

      Not as easy to transfer somewhere closer to home even after you are already an employee... They will still look outside to hire for that location.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
