Pros
The benefits are easily the best reason to work at Allstate. Very generous PTO, Holidays, Pension, 401(k) and Insurance bene's are all fantastic. I think pay in other departments is pretty good, our department seemed a bit on the low side.
Cons
Looming layoffs. I was laid-off as well as about 2000 others and there's talk of more. It's a troubling time for the Insurance Co's.
