Pros
There were a handful of great colleagues across various departments (but especially in sales support/account management) and AB does a great job with diversity and inclusion!
Cons
You will be worked to the bone. There is a significant staffing shortage, especially on the pre-sale team and the expectation is that you work all hours of the day and night (I was once asked to wait until after midnight for a response allowing me to submit the work I had done) and be compensated abysmally for it. There was a $30k+ discrepancy between my salary and what others in my department made, doing the same work and with relatively similar experience. When you mention this, they will dangle promises of raises that never actualize. Interdepartmentally, anyone in SSAM is treated like incompetent trash by other departments- especially sales. This job nearly broke my mental health to the tune of 80 hour weeks and $52k/year.
