      Training staff is really good

      Cons

      -Minute to Minute tracking using WFT making you stretch beyond 9 hours work. -Claim settlement process too complex. (I have not received 2 of my claims even after 2 months of my exit from all states) -This might be specific to MedBill Process but have heard similar shout from rest of my collegue working there

      Pros

      Flexible when it comes to how to get the work done. While working remote you don't have to waste time driving to location. You have the ability to work at night to catch up on workload if needed.

      Cons

      The strong achievers may end up getting more workload.
