      Pays the bill's, Office looks flashy on the 4th floor.

      Cons

      Poor Management who mostly come from a non technical background. HR inept, hired for one thing thrown into a none role. Get out when you can.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
