      Benefits are ok but not the best

      Cons

      They will do whatever they please to employees to make a profit for their company. No regards for the people that keep the company afloat. Never any answers from supervisors, managers, and don't even try to get ahold of HR, it is a waste of time. You will never speak to someone, ever

      Pros

      Flexible when it comes to how to get the work done. While working remote you don't have to waste time driving to location. You have the ability to work at night to catch up on workload if needed.

      Cons

      The strong achievers may end up getting more workload.
