Schedule is 10 on 4 off which is better than most carriers
CAT pay (commission) is just fair and not difficult to acquire so you can rely on it consistently.
Very helpful and patient work environment.
Cons
Can be a lot of work just have to make sure to stay on top of it so it doesn’t build up I would say the hours can range from 6-12 a day
