      Pros

      Allstat is a great place to work. I have enjoyed everyday that I have worked at the Charlotte Office. the employees and managment are extremely helpful and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Allstate tries to handle as many claims as possible on the inside without sending an Outside Adjuster to see the damages. This creates many obsticles in the day to day process.

      Only earn 6 percent on total premium sold. Don’t earn on renewals.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
