      Good benefits - medical, dental, vision insurance, pension, 401(k) etc. Work life balance Your voice will be listened Lots of room to move around, great learning experience

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
