      YOU HAVE NO LIFE (hours horrible and change constantly); you have to be remove all emotional ties from your conversations; manipulation of customers; High intense stress and meeting sales goals

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
