Pros
PTO, benefits, VTO, WFH, and training was thorough
Cons
You are just a machine to them. I had a full mental breakdown while working from home because they required me to work mandatory overtime. My schedule was reduced to 32 hours a week because I was a full time student and they would not let me opt out of the OT and my grades slacked because of it. They get mad if you put yourself in a non production mode to go to the bathroom because it’s considered “break time”. Micromanaged from the day I started.
