      Pros

      Everyone is really nice and willing to help. The culture is very warm and welcoming, really nice for new collaborations.

      Cons

      No one turns their camera on in zoom mtgs… depending on your preferences this could a positive. I don’t really mind it either way.

      Pros

      Flexible when it comes to how to get the work done. While working remote you don't have to waste time driving to location. You have the ability to work at night to catch up on workload if needed.

      Cons

      The strong achievers may end up getting more workload.
