      The ability to grow and develop within a top 100 company. There are endless amounts of opportunities. Take care of employees.

      Cons

      The overall initial salary is not worth the work load. It is tough to move up. The company is slowly losing business.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
