      good job for those fresh out of college

      Cons

      little opportunity for advancement-100 people posting for the same few positions (promotions) that are offered every year. It's a rat race. it's who you know, not what you know dead end

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
