      Pros

      Great company benefits, fair pay and bonuses for those who seek to do well here. Very stable, growth oriented company.

      Cons

      Hours are not good for everyone, and the leadership of local management is very poor - play favorites and favortism too much.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
