      Pros

      Pretty peaceful life, just head into office, complete a project with a relaxed deadline, go home. I met a lot of nice co-workers, and had a nice boss as well.

      Cons

      Too slow placed for my preference, I'm at a point in life where I want to do much more. This is only bad, if you're like me, others liked this relaxed life.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
