      Pros

      Good work/life balance and great benefits. Vacation time was given based on time worked since graduation not based on time with the company-awesome benefit.

      Cons

      Management was very political. They did thing that were in their best interest not necessarily the moral thing or what was in the best interest of the agents.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
