      Pros

      Nice, friendly and lots of PTO the first year on the job. Everyone is encouraging and helpful. Everyone wants you to succeed.

      Cons

      You have to work on the weekend, including Saturdays and Sundays. You have to work late hours a couple of times a month.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
