Pros

- make commission - make bonuses - you can be hired unlicensed and go though training to obtain your license - very supportive team environment - remote position - stable schedule during certain months

Cons

- base pay is very low - if unlicensed: commission + bonus pay only begins once you've obtained your license (training takes about 2 months) - commission and bonuses are paid monthly based on the previous months sales (so may take a while to start receiving a decent salary) - call volume ranges: it gets hectic during the annual enrollment periods, but falls short during slower months

Pros

Schedule is 10 on 4 off which is better than most carriers CAT pay (commission) is just fair and not difficult to acquire so you can rely on it consistently. Very helpful and patient work environment.

Cons

Can be a lot of work just have to make sure to stay on top of it so it doesn’t build up I would say the hours can range from 6-12 a day
