      Agents own a share of the book of business.

      Cons

      Rates are not competitive. Company has lost respect for employees. Allstate is losing market share rapidly and the value of the agency is dropping- 30% in last 3 years.

      Pros

      Was offered and job. Turned down. Shipped items back. The company shipped equipment to my home. Requesting I take it to office. Turned the offer down kindly, I sent equipment back requesting reimbursement.

      Cons

      They would not reimburse me $40. Attempted to reach out to company before sending equipment back for labels. I was ignored.
