Pros
Friendly Management, Supportive of college schedules, consistently monitoring market/industry standards to be better than the 'rest' - it was a place I truly felt good working.
Cons
Salary restrictions within my particular agency, I felt that Allstate corporate really took a back seat to the training and growth of the agency employees. Even though agencies are privately owned, having a 'one name brand' should have ensured some more 'give' from the corporate level.
