      If work life balance is what you want than Allstate is the perfect company to work for. Salary is not good here.

      Cons

      Growth is not well here at Allstate... It is really difficult to get into senior positions. Insurance industry is boring.

      Pros

      Was offered and job. Turned down. Shipped items back. The company shipped equipment to my home. Requesting I take it to office. Turned the offer down kindly, I sent equipment back requesting reimbursement.

      Cons

      They would not reimburse me $40. Attempted to reach out to company before sending equipment back for labels. I was ignored.
