I am disappointed to hear that you don’t feel supported while in the field and hope that you’ll consider reaching out to HR or another mentor to express your concern and access any support you may need. We are also assessing new management training to further develop our managers and give them more tools and knowledge to support employees. From the home office, we try to help all employees feel connected by sharing news and updates via regular newsletters. Please be sure to check your email for those!
Reviews and raises (as appropriate) do take place annually. We recently shifted from all reviews being conducted in October to reviews/raises taking place on each employee’s anniversary date. This was done to better serve each individual employee. If you did not receive one, please contact HR at your earliest convenience.
