It is a Great company

Nothing to say about cons

Consulting role that was offered was decent. Staff at contract was pleasant. I was enrolled quickly into the company and was able to implement and assist in projects. I can't say much Pros about Alpha them selves because honestly I don't have good things to say about them but the company they placed me with was a pleasure to work for.

Complete hands off approach, recruiter completely misrepresented the position. Took 6 weeks just to get paid. I only got my Timesheet to fill out 4 weeks after I started Originally offered as 6 Month to 1 Year role with possibility for extension. Then after 4 months, after speaking to contracted company management was told position was always meant to end in 4 months and that Alpha had known this from the beginning. Then I was only told by Alpha that the role was ending after I called the company directly. No calls or emails unless it was regarding Timesheets. No Sick Time pay even though NYC requires it. Seems that they try to skip on any thing possible. Health Coverage documents were only sent after requesting it with no contributions and very high rates.
