Pros

Training programs - upon hire and on-going. If you feel need more, you just need to ask. Opportunities to advance - seek out the training, shadow your supervisor, ask questions - advancement can be yours if you show your interest and initiative. Part time benefits, including insurance options, are offered. Awesome support from the corporate office - HR issues, payroll and benefits. Again, the questions you have can be answered if you just ask. Peer support - nobody knows what the job is like your peers. The company encourages everyone to support and share ideas and knowledge with each other. Any job is what you make it - this is a great company and opportunities abound if you show interest, work hard, are dedicated to the core values, the children and co-workers.

Cons

Staff who would rather complain than improve. Mostly part-time hours.

Pros

Very very kind and understanding management. I really like them as people. I've heard through the grapevine that there is dissonance among them sometimes but maybe that's normal, idk i've never been in a middle/upper management position. I've always been treated with kindness and empathy for my situations, and they will try to reach a middle ground as long as it doesn't come out of their pocket. Cool career advancing opportunities that I just never took advantage of.

Cons

OH MY do they suck at communication. Not all of them, but a couple ones yea for sure. They will always prioritize their pocket against your wallet. If you are looking for a full time director position this one is NOT it and barely pays my bills. It worked for some people but just didn't for me. In the interview for a director position ask them to be upfront with the hours specific to the location they are hiring you for. Maybe email it to them after idk just know that you will never get full time 40 here.
