5yThanks for taking the time to leave us a review! I'm glad to hear you enjoy the amazing team we have and the opportunity to take on early stage career responsibility. It's also great to hear you've enjoyed our office and fun events, even through COVID as we've been working hard to keep those areas strong despite being remote! Wellbeing is a top focus area for us this year and we are striving to help our team members globally find work life harmony and to cultivate healthy habits. All of our roles are demanding and we want people to find a healthy integration of work and everything else in their life. I'm disappointed to hear you feel our culture is one of micromanagement as we aim for a culture of high autonomy and high alignment. That said, as new folks get up to speed in particular, there can be a lot of handholding until they have proven themselves proficient in delivering for our clients, then trainer and manager involvement in delivery usually scales back after the first couple of months. I'd love to brainstorm ways we could improve this together if you'd feel comfortable coming forward. My door is always open!
