Pros

Working culture is amazing, people are incredibly supportive, little to no office politics Pay is at minimum fair and at best very high (if you’re a high performer) Very diverse workforce A lot of emphasis on driving your professional development (both role-specific and not)

Cons

High pressure environment - as much as they support you, they expect a lot from you, so make sure you can perform If you’re looking for an “easy” or “chill” role, AlphaSights probably isn’t for you

A strong working culture and established career development is what we strive for - glad to see you're benefiting! As you may already know, we give our employees responsibility and autonomy from day one. This can feel like a lot of pressure at times, but we have firm hiring standards so we always know we are hiring the top talent who we can put our full trust in so they can excel in our fast paced environment. - Best, Chris, SVP Asia

Pros

Rapid Progression & Recognition: Performance is directly rewarded here. If you hit your goals and show drive, the path to promotion and career growth is transparent and fast. Strong Team Culture: The team energy is fantastic. Everyone is highly collaborative, supportive, and commercially minded, which makes for a great working environment. High Autonomy: From day one, you are given real ownership over your projects (like leading recruitment events, managing candidates, and driving partnerships), allowing you to grow your commercial skills rapidly.

Cons

High Velocity & Pressure: The work is very fast-paced with strict timelines and high-volume expectations. It is not a place where you can coast, and you need to be comfortable working under commercial pressure. Resilience is Key: Sourcing and recruiting require a great deal of resilience. You have to be comfortable with rejection and persistent in finding creative solutions to hit your targets.
