Every day I think about how I was sexually harassed and retaliated against at work and my manager did nothing to help me or defend me. Human Resources failed to take action and made it worse. I had intentions to leave due to constant disrespect from team members, but HR’s handling of the situation siloed me and forced me out. Also siloed from promotions or skip levels/additional training to advance me further, even though most of the team lacked any kind of initiative to do any kind of work.
